Changing the settings for creating a disc with HD (high definition) image quality

When creating a disc with HD (high definition) image quality, the settings required for AVCHD format disc creation can be set on the Settings window displayed by clicking [Settings] on the select video window.
For details on the basic operations of creating a disc with HD (high definition) image quality, refer to the “Picture Motion Browser Guide” supplied with the software (“Picture Motion Browser Guide”).

[General] The drive to use for writing, storage location for temporary files or writing speed to the disc can be set.
To change the drive to use for writing, select the drive to use from the drop-down list.
To change the temporary file storage location, select the folder on the folder selection window displayed by clicking [Browse]. For the writing speed setting, select writing at the speed automatically determined to be optimal for the combination of drive and disc or select specifying a speed each time before writing, and then click the radio button. The initial setting is writing at the speed automatically determined to be optimal for the combination of drive and disc.
[Disc creation] Set the video format for writing videos.
Select the video format according to the video format of the Sony Digital Camcorder and the TV color system in your local area and click the appropriate radio button. (Since this setting is usually configured during installation, there is no need to change it.)
