Adjusting a Still Image

Changing the working color space

You can change the working color space of the document window used for adjusting an image. Display the document window, and select [Working Color Space]-[sRGB]/[AdobeRGB]/[Wide Gamut RGB] according to the characteristics and purpose of the image.

  • sRGB: Uses a standard color space reflecting the profiles of a standard computer monitor.
  • AdobeRGB: Uses a wider color space than those sRGB uses. We suggest you select this option when you use an image for CMYK printing.
  • Wide Gamut RGB: Uses an even wider color space than those AdobeRGB uses. We suggest you select this option when you use an image for high-definition printing.
For details on basic adjustment operations, refer to the “Image Data Converter SR Guide” supplied with the software (“Image Data Converter SR Guide”).
