About the Main Window

When PMB Portable starts up, thumbnails of videos and photos are displayed in the main window.

(1) Saves the videos and photos to your computer.

(2) Clicking this after selecting videos and photos displays the previews.

(3) Attaches and sends the selected videos or photos by e-mail.

(4) Uploads the selected videos or photos to Personal Space. You can also send e-mails to the members of a Sharing Group when you upload them.

(5) Clicking this displays the window of sharing services you want to upload videos and photos to.

The window above is the one that is displayed after clicking.

(6) Sliding changes the size of thumbnails.

(7) Changes settings such as adding sharing services.

(8) Connects to sharing services.

Which sharing services are displayed depends on the countries/regions you are in.

(9) Displays the help window that explains how to use sharing services.

Hints

• When you start PMB Portable, the product registration window is displayed on the right side of the main window.
  
  
• Even after you register your product, the product registration window is displayed each time you start PMB Portable.
• You can prevent this by putting a check in the [Do not show this dialog box again] check box. The product registration window will not be displayed from the next time you start PMB Portable.
• You can also register your product from the [Settings] window displayed by clicking in the main window.
• Depending on the model of camera you are using, the product registration window may not be displayed. In this case also, [Register Product] is not displayed in the [Settings] window.
