I want to change the location where imported media files are saved.
When I use [Export To] of [Manipulate], what type of file will be exported?
When I try to export media files recorded using another camera, a file error occurs, and I cannot play back those media files.



I want to change the location where imported media files are saved.
To change the location where imported media files are saved, select [File] - [Location for Imported Media Files...], then make the settings. If you choose a new location on an external hard disk drive, be sure not to disconnect that disk drive.

When I use [Export To] of [Manipulate], what type of file will be exported?
If you export the files to the internal memory of the camera, the file type will be either the JPEG format or the MPEG1 format used when the media files were shot using the camera.
If you export the files to other media, only an Exif-compatible JPEG format is available.
The folder structure used when files are exported is DCF-compliant.
