When a still image is rotated, Picture Motion Browser only rewrites the orientation information in its Exif data, and it does not affect the image quality. The image is displayed based on this orientation data.
Note:
- If you edit (adjust brightness, saturation, etc.) an image at the same time as you rotate it, the image quality may deteriorate depending on how it is edited.
- If you play back an image rotated in Picture Motion Browser on some other software incompatible with Exif, the image may be displayed without rotation.
